Permissions

To integrate Zoho Desk with Scytale, the permission "Desk.tickets.READ" is required.

This permission allows Scytale to access and read ticket data within Zoho Desk, ensuring that all necessary information is available for compliance and audit purposes.

How to Connect Scytale and Zoho Desk

1) In Scytale, go to 'Integrations'.

2) Search for Zoho Desk in the search bar and select 'Connect'.

3) Add a connection name - this will be used to differentiate between your connections - and then select 'Next'.

4) Next, select 'Connect' to navigate to Zoho Desk in order to approve the integration.

5) You will now be redirected to Zoho Desk. Sign in using your email or social media.

6) Once you have signed in, select 'Accept' to allow Scytale to access data in your Zoho account. 

You will now be redirected to Scytale and you've successful connected Zoho Desk!
