      GCP IAM - User Access List Not Collecting All Users

      If you're not seeing all users in the User Access List, it may be due to outdated GCP IAM permissions.

      🔍 Why This Happens

      Scytale now supports collecting users at both organization and project levels.
      To access full user data, your GCP IAM permissions need to be updated.

       

      ✅ What You Need to Do

      Update your service account permissions:

      1. Go to the GCP Console

      2. Navigate to IAM & Admin > IAM at the organization level

      3. Find the service account used during Scytale setup

      4. Assign the Security Reviewer role
