The Trust Center simplifies compliance management through a structured, three-tab interface: Manage Requests, Editor, and Settings.
The Editor Tab
The Editor Tab serves as your primary interface for updating and managing your organization’s compliance details, ensuring that all information stays up-to-date and precise.

Manage Requests tab
Note: The manage requests tab is accessible exclusively to company admins.
The Manage Requests feature in the Trust Center is designed to help you manage access requests from clients efficiently.
Let's understand how this feature is displayed on the client side.
Clients can click a lock button to request access to specific documents, or use a general button to request access to all documents.
After a request is made, it is forwarded to the administrators in Scytale for approval or denial. The admins can manage these requests directly within Scytale.
If you Approve the request, the user will receive an email containing the relevant files.
If you Deny the request, the user will receive an email explaining the reason for the denial.
Settings Tab
Note: Make sure to publish your settings after you first set them up. This initial step makes your changes visible to end users. After this, all your future changes will automatically update for end users without needing separate publishes for each change.
