SSL Validator - Not Syncing

Here’s how to resolve common issues when connecting the SSL Validator integration

🔍 Why This Happens

There are two main reasons the SSL Validator monitor may fail to sync:

  1. Missing fields during setup – Both the Application URL and Website URL must be filled in when connecting the integration.

  2. Non-public URLs – If the entered URL is not publicly accessible, the platform cannot reach it to validate the certificate.

 



What You Need to Do

  1. Reconnect the SSL Validator integration

  2. Ensure you fill in both the Application URL and Website URL These fields are BOTH required for the integration to work properly

  3. If your URL is not publicly accessible, it cannot be automatically validated.

 

🛠️ What to Do If Your URL Is Private

If your site is behind a firewall or otherwise restricted, you can still meet the requirement by manually uploading SSL evidence to the platform.
