The project timeline splits into three phases:
1. Onboarding, which includes the kickoff meeting, configuring your account and the Gap analysis meeting.
2. Remediation is the phase where the new mitigation plan is put into action to ensure all controls are in place. This phase also marks the beginning of evidence collection for the upcoming audit.
3. Audit management follows the completion of evidence collection. This phase includes the audit meeting, addressing any action items, and receiving the Final Report.
