MongoDB Atlas - Not Showing MFA
Here’s how to fix missing MFA checks in the monitor
🔍 Why This Happens
If you're not seeing any data in the “MFA Required” column in Scytale, it's probably because the integration doesn't have the right permissions.
You need Organization Owner permission to connect MongoDB and pull MFA data.Organization Read-Only permission doesn’t give access to MFA settings.
✅ What You Need to Do

Go to MongoDB

Disconnect the existing integration if it's already connected

Go back to Scytale
- Redo the integration setup from the beginning and be sure the correct permissions (Organization Owner) are applied.

Once connected properly, and after the daily sync, the monitor will start showing MFA data..
