HiBob - Employees/Offboarding Tickets Not Syncing

Here’s how to fix issues with missing employees or offboarding tickets

🔍 Why This Happens

This issue is often caused by a default condition in your HiBob Permission Group, which limits syncing to active users only. When this condition is enabled, employees who are inactive or in transition (like offboarding) won’t be pulled into the platform.

 

What You Need to Do

  1. Log in to your HiBob Admin Portal

  2. Navigate to the relevant Permission Group

  3. Under Group Members, enable 'Select people by condition'.

  4. Click on 'Select People'.


5. Click the bin icon to delete the default condition that restricts syncing to active users only and select 'Apply'.
