Centralize Your Workflow in the Control Center

Welcome to the Control Center, your one-stop hub for overseeing all tasks.

In this central space, you’ll find detailed information on all tasks, including their due dates, categories, sources, and responsible parties. Each task is also equipped with clear steps for issue resolution, enabling you to swiftly tackle and rectify any challenges that arise.

The Control Center

The Control Center is organized into four main tabs, structured by task priority to automate your workflow and progressively guide you through your responsibilities:

  • Attention Needed: monitoring that require immediate review due to issues with automatic evidence or overdue evidence.

  • Upcoming: monitoring with evidence due in the coming weeks.

  • Healthy: monitoring where evidence has been successfully added and is ready or is not yet due for a while.

  • All: a comprehensive view of all monitoring.

Each monitoring within the Control Center includes the following columns:

  • Monitoring Name: title of the monitoring task.
  • Due Date: the deadline by which the task needs to be completed.
  • Category: the area the monitoring task pertains to.
  • Source: the origin of the evidence for the monitoring.
  • Owner: the individual responsible for the monitoring.
  • Fix Now Button: available in the case of an issue, this button allows for immediate corrective actions to be initiated.

Filtering the Control Center

You can filter the screen according to the following metrics to streamline your navigation and focus on specific monitoring items:

  • Framework: indicates the compliance framework to which the monitoring belongs, such as SOC 2.
